I'm Stephen Replin

I started my hard money lending business quite by accident when a business client of mine got turned down by his banker for a startup business loan. Upon investigation, it turned out that my client owned his house free and clear, had perfect credit, had no debt and was a very low risk for a bank. I couldn’t believe that a person like this couldn’t get a bank loan, so I reached out to a friend who had spare cash and presented the loan to him. The fellow said yes! After the loan closed, I started thinking that if there was one person in this situation, mightn’t there be another? That thought brought me to a point of receiving many millions of dollars of loan applications per month.

Ultimately, I grew my hard money lending business nationwide, and even engaged in international lending.

I have dealt with brokers, borrowers, and investors for many decades, and I am eager to share my insights and knowledge to help you build a business that will free you from your job, allow you to work from home as your own boss, relieve stress in your life, and provide an income for you that would be almost impossible to duplicate anywhere else.

Why I Do It

So, why do I love helping people? Why do I relate so well to the problems of entrepreneurs? What’s in it for me? And why have I committed myself to your success with my program in many ways?

My father’s story was one of being addicted to the thrill of starting businesses without regard to what was needed before he even opened the many doors to the ventures that he tried. Most failed, as you would expect.

Growing up, each time he succeeded, we moved to a bigger house and new school with new friends. Then, a mere few years later when his latest venture failed, we sold the big house, moved into a rental and started over trying to make friends again. Then rinse and repeat. It was a difficult life without any real connections.

I have now started many successful businesses myself. My passion and my “why” is to help keep other business owners from making the same mistakes my father did.

I've learned that most startups are undercapitalized from the beginning. When it comes to growth, this is a business killer.

I have worked to help entrepreneurs solve this problem with creative and flexible financing. This work gives me great pleasure, and great sadness that I could not have helped my dad when he needed this solution. I know my father would be proud of my solution to his continual problem that was responsible for business failures over and over again.
